Web Page Submission Guidelines

Web Page Submission Guidelines

Authors may submit a web page to be considered. A list of topic which will be considered is listed below. The suggested length of the web page is dependent upon the target audience and topic. A listing of the appropriate topics to be considered is listed to the right.

Web pages on selected topics (for example, Relational Psychotherapy or Degree Options) will have a featured webpage and links to additional web pages on the topic. Professionals are encouraged to submit additional web pages on these topics. However, when doing so please review all the current pages on this topic to be sure that your submission offers something new and unique to the current web pages. Your page will be reviewed in the context of 1) the quality of the submission and 2) it's ability to contribute something unique to the website.

Webpage contribtuions are to be written in a style similar to what you would see in a professional newsletter or bulletin. There is greater flexibility in the general writing style. More of an editorial or news article tone is suggested.

All web page submissions will be reviewed by two of the site editors. Generally, it will be reviewed by the Managing Editor for the content area and one additional editor. Upon review, you will be notified that your web page was 1) accepted as submitted, 2) provisionally accepted with suggested changes, 3) not accepted with the encouragement to rework and submit at a later time, or 4) not accepted. It will attempted to notify authors within 1-2 months, if possible.
