The arts have been closely associated with depth psychotherapy since the early works of Freud. The Depth Psychotherapy Network desires to promote the ongoing development of the arts in association with depth psychotherapy. We encourage various types of submissions, which two categories of submissions (Works of Art & Interpretations of Art).

All works of art must be original works submitted by the artist themselves.

Works of Art
We encourage artists to submit original poems, short stories, or forms of visual art (drawings, painting, etc.). Other art forms may be considered as appropriate and as we are able to format correctly to be hosted on our website. Artists will have the opportunity to preview the inclusion of their piece of art either before it is placed on the website or they will be notified as soon as it is placed on the website for review. Our goal is to preserve the original in the natural format and we will work with the artist to assure their satisfaction with its presentation on the website.

Interpretations of Art
We encourage submission of interpretations of art. These can be interpretations of popular art or art presented on this site. For any interpretations of art on this site, we will invite the original artist to be part of the review process. The artist will always have the option of responding to the interpretation. The editors will honor artists requests to not publish any review about their artwork.
